How it works
From an owner's request to the monthly statement
Extras get requested, done, charged and billed in one flow. No chasing, no spreadsheets, no lost notes on the tack room door.

Owner requests
An owner asks for a bring-in and rug change on Thursday, straight from their phone.
- Step 2
Yard confirms
You accept it, and the job appears on Thursday's Today board against the horse.
- Step 3
Job done, charge recorded
A member of staff ticks it off. The extra is charged once, at the price agreed when you confirmed.
- Step 4
Monthly statement
The owner sees it in their portal and on the month's statement. A statement never changes once it's issued.
